Mr Ngo Tai Tak - Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer

Mr Ngo has over 20 years' experience in sales, marketing and production in the printed circuit board and laminates industries. Having commenced his career in 1987, he held various managerial positions in Kalex Printed Circuit Boards Limited, Okane Printed Circuit Boards Ltd. and Elec and Eltek International Company. Mr Ngo is responsible for the overall strategic planning and direction of the Group.

Mr Leung Tin Po, Sammy - Executive Director and Managing Director

Mr Leung has responsibility for the strategic direction of the Group's existing production facilities and expansion plans in China, business development and research and development. Prior to joining the Group, Mr Leung held various senior management positions at Elec & Eltek Group, overseeing the manufacturing operations in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Thailand before ultimately becoming Elec & Eltek's executive director and chief executive officer, managing the operations of its entire printed circuit board business. He has over 20 years' experience in the electronics industry.

Mr Ngan Teng Kok - Executive Director and General Manager

Mr Ngan has responsibility for the Group's China operations. Previously he had worked for Elec & Eltek Group for over 20 years and held various engineering, production and senior management positions. Mr Ngan is a Chartered Electrical Engineer and holds a Master Degree of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick in the UK and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK.

Mr Ting Sui Ping - Executive Director and Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Mr Ting is responsible for formulating the Group's sales and marketing strategy and overseeing the sales team of the Group. He has nearly 27 years of sales and marketing experience in the Asia Pacific region within the printed circuit board industry. Prior to joining the Group, Mr Ting held the position of Vice President Marketing at Olympic Country Co. Ltd where he was responsible for formulating the company's worldwide sales and marketing strategy as well as the development of new products and markets. Mr Ting has also worked for listed companies Elec & Eltek International Company Limited and Topsearch International (Holdings) Limited ("Topsearch").
